Please read these conditions before using Touchie ai. They are numbered for reference.

1. These terms govern your use of Touchie ai and the pages published at https://touchie-ai.net/. By opening the site you accept them.
2. Touchie ai provides written conversations with original virtual characters. It does not provide medical, legal, financial or psychological services.
3. You must be of legal age in your country of residence to use Touchie ai. If you are not, please leave the site.
4. All characters published on Touchie ai are invented. Names, biographies, hometowns and portraits do not depict real, identifiable people.
5. Any resemblance between a character and a living person is unintended and coincidental.
6. You are responsible for the content you write. Do not submit unlawful material, threats, harassment, or content involving minors.
7. Do not attempt to use Touchie ai to generate content that violates the law of your jurisdiction.
8. You may not scrape, mirror, resell or republish the texts, portraits or page structures of Touchie ai without written permission.
9. The brand name, logo and character texts of Touchie ai remain the property of their owner.
10. Conversations may be interrupted, rate-limited or ended at any time for technical or safety reasons.
11. Availability is offered on a best-effort basis. No uptime guarantee is given.
12. Features described on the site may change, be replaced or be withdrawn without prior notice.
13. Links to external destinations are provided for convenience. Touchie ai does not control and is not responsible for third-party content.
14. Any transaction completed on an external destination is governed by that destination’s own terms, not by these.
15. You agree not to interfere with the operation of Touchie ai, including through automated requests, injection attempts or denial-of-service activity.
16. You agree not to impersonate Touchie ai, its characters or its operators anywhere else.
17. Content published on Touchie ai is provided as is, without warranty of accuracy, fitness or availability.
18. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of Touchie ai is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
19. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
20. Conversations with virtual characters are entertainment. They are not a substitute for professional help. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.
21. Feedback and character suggestions sent through the contact page may be used without obligation or compensation.
22. Access may be suspended if these terms are broken, without notice and without refund where payment applies.
23. These terms may be updated. The version published on this page is the one in force.
24. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
25. If a clause is found invalid, the remaining clauses stay in force.
26. Failure to enforce a clause is not a waiver of it.
27. These terms, together with the privacy policy, form the entire agreement between you and Touchie ai.
